On Monday, July 29, 2024, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of the University of Lampung (UNILA) held a preparation event for 22 new civil servant educators or lecturers. The event aimed to provide guidance and preparation needed for the new lecturers so they are ready to carry out their duties and responsibilities in the academic environment.

Opening Ceremony

The preparation event was opened by the Dean of FMIPA UNILA, Heri Satria, M.Si. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of the role of lecturers in cultivating a high-quality and competitive young generation. He also stressed that new lecturers are expected to actively contribute to the development of science and technology, and uphold academic values and professional ethics.
