The socialization of the Daily Performance Journal for Education Personnel at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Lampung University (Unila) is held on a limited basis as an example for other education personnel, taking place enthusiastically in the workspace of the FMIPA Unila Coordinator. This activity is an initiative aimed at providing a real picture of the implementation of the daily performance journal as a practice that can be adopted by all education personnel. The limitation of participants serves as an example to provide a more intensive and personal approach, so that each participant can gain a deep understanding of the importance of daily performance monitoring as a tool to increase efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks.
